Support System

This was a big weekend! After months of planning and creating the Retail Collective had its grand opening! In grand opening style we had a ribbon cutting and all. I was lucky enough to have the support of my dad, mom, brother, and two best friends. I cannot say enough of how much it meant to me for them to be there supporting me on this new adventure. It reminds me of how important it is to have a strong support systems behind you. I think of all the other people involved in helping me get to this point with my small business and I feel truly blessed to have so many amazing people in my life.

They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well, it takes a village to start a small business. From the people who have taught me about what it takes to start a small business to those that have helped me create inventory for my booth, there has been so many people along the way. I just want to take this opportunity to thank those people and say that I truly appreciate all that they have done for me. My village is pretty fantastic!

As my business continues to grow, I look forward to seeing where this adventure takes me. Like my business name says Do Not Fear Life. It is a lot easier to be brave when you have a strong support system behind you.
